These are all with professional music educators, specially trained to work with vulnerable young people.

 

Free Instruments For Children

We offer free instrument loans for children to take home, learn, practice and perform on for the duration of their learning.

#MusicCan have a profound impact on people all over the world.

It has the power to encourage, transform and inspire, like no other art form can. 

We have a vision in our charity to reach as many young people across Birmingham as possible, sending them on a journey through music, to shape them in to the best people they can be, regardless of their backgrounds or circumstances.

Our #MusicCan campaign exists to promote the huge number of positive effects music has on young people.

We want to raise awareness and important funds to be able to reach more children, enabling change across Birmingham, through music.

Research shows that these changes can come in the form of improving well-being, instilling confidence, increased intellectual development, creating friendships, to name but a few.

Performance Opportunities

Children will share, celebrate achievements and feel the rewards of their hard work, showing off all that they have learnt to friends and the public.

Any donation, large or small will make a huge difference to the children we support. Music really can change lives – we see it happening every day. 

We bring music and learning to life.

At Services For Education, we believe that every young person should be able to grow up to be the very best that they can be, regardless of their background. So in 2012, we set up the music service and our school support division to provide more opportunities for children in Birmingham to reach their full potential.
