Dear Parent/Guardian

Our annual residential weekend course, which we expect all members of the orchestra will attend, has been arranged this year from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th September 2019. The all–inclusive cost will be £162.45 which includes coach travel, accommodation, full board and group insurance. The venue for the course is Whitemoor Lakes which is a newly built centre between Lichfield and Burton-on-Trent – see their website at http://www.acuk.net/whitemoor-lakes 

A full itinerary and details for the weekend will be handed out at a later date. However, for your information, coaches will depart from the Services for Education office, Unit 3 Holt Court, Holt Street,  Birmingham B7 4AX at 4.45pm on Friday 27th September and return at approximately 4.30pm on Sunday 29th September.

The BSSO weekend is a critical part of the year for us. It is when the members get to gel both musically and also socially, making many new friends.   This year is also particularly important as we have two concerts in the first term.

Should your financial circumstances prevent your child from accepting their place on the weekend, I would ask that you write to me confidentially at the email address below. 

The payment method for the course will be via debit or credit card payment. 

I would be grateful if you could return the enclosed form, medical consent form and complete your payment via card for the full amount, by September 14th 2019.
