What to expect when you attend training at Holt Court

We are delighted to be able to welcome course delegates back to our training space at Holt Court, but we want you to feel safe and secure when with us, and know what to expect when you arrive.

  • We will provide sanitiser and wipes in public spaces and in the training rooms
  • In communal areas we encourage mask wearing
  • We will manage the numbers and flow of people in the building through longer breaks. Most courses have a maximum of 16 delegates, except for the two day DSL course which has a maximum of 26
  • We ask you to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the advertised course start time
  • We will have longer and more frequent breaks to reduce queues for coffee, and the toilets
  • We will ensure the training rooms are ventilated (you may want to add an extra layer of clothing), and extra space is added between seats
  • We won’t be providing pens and stationary – so please bring your own
  • We won’t be providing course packs and we will limit handouts – but will email you key information and resources before or after the training
  • Refreshments will be provided but please bring your own reusable cups/mugs. For whole day courses lunch will not be provided.
  • We will ask you for a personal phone number to ensure we can contact you quickly should we need to ‘track and trace’
  • Please do not attend Holt Court if you have tested positive for Covid, have symptoms or are self isolating
