We work with individual and groups of schools and educational settings to improve practice, policy and ethos in leadership and strategic management, workforce and curriculum development.

The School Support Service offers a comprehensive programme of professional development and school improvement for teaching and support staff, middle and senior leaders, and governors across the early years, primary and secondary phases.

We deliver high quality, evidence-based learning to enable schools to develop practice in teaching and learning, assessment, leadership and management, and physical and emotional health.

KS2 TEACHER

“I cannot praise it enough, the children were very excited and talked about it all day and have asked if we will be doing more science like this.”

Ofsted

“Exciting and vibrant topic work combines subjects across the curriculum. Pupils enjoy developing reading, writing and mathematics skills through subjects like history, geography and science.”

Colmore Junior School

“Our students do not easily collaborate so to work together to make music has been a positive challenge and they are visibly learning and enjoying the experience. It’s the layering of their combined efforts which is lovely to witness.”

Sophie Fleming: Year 2 Teacher

Safeguarding

“Great opportunities for an honest discussion across schools and to see successes from other schools and to see and compare and share good practise tips.”

“Fantastic course, great introduction to PSHE roles/responsibilities with little knowledge beforehand.”
