Description

Our English Adviser will visit your school and alongside your English Leader, will review the school’s writing provision through an expert, objective and external perspective.

A whole day’s audit will encompass:
  • a meeting with the leader(s) of writing in your school and policy review
  • a learning walk to review the existing classroom practice,
  • a book/planning trawl
  • pupil conversations
  • Comprehensive feedback through a written report, identifying current provision and possible improvements to be implemented.
You and our adviser will discuss what would work best for your school – the audit may look at the overview of writing throughout the entire school or you may decide that you would like the audit to have a deeper focus into a specific key area for improvement such as Pupil Premium, SEND, GD, boys writing etc. This can be decided alongside our adviser in advance of the audit.

Be confident of the quality of the writing provision in your setting by inviting an expert pair of eyes into your school, and book your Writing Audit today!
